Cheney Appraisal Services offers residential appraisal report fees for mortgage loan starting at $325 for Appraisal Management Companies (AMCs) and other mortgage lender clients.

Fees will vary depending on complexity and location for most home or residential real properties.

Cheney Appraisal Services also offers homeowners and Realtors a "special fee" when determining a listing price for a home. For a home inside the city limits of Mobile, the special fee is $225. $250 is the fee in the county but near the city limits of Mobile and $275 further away. More complex properties are quoted on a case-by-case basis but reasonable fee quotes for properties located in Baldwin County or Mobile County, Alabama.
