Cheney Appraisal Services offers residential appraisal report fees for mortgage loan starting at $295 for Appraisal Management Companies (AMCs) and other mortgage lender clients.
Fees will vary depending on complexity and location for most residential real properties.
Cheney Appraisal Services also offers homeowners and Realtors a "special fee" when determining a listing price for a home- for a limited time- $200 appraisal report fee for a home inside the city limits of Mobile and $225 or $250 depending on where a home is located in Baldwin County or Mobile County, Alabama.
